As a Product Lead for our product-led growth initiatives, you will be responsible for crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention, focusing on small to midsize organizations. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities for growth, execute on high-impact initiatives, and continuously optimize our self-serve user experience. You will also work closely with sales to identify high-value accounts for upsell to Enterprise and lead virtual efforts, coordinating with other pillar PMs. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. - Own the product-led growth (PLG) motion, working closely with marketing to generate high-value MQLs (web, SEO, lifecycle marketing, paid) and with sales to upsell PQLs. - Investigate and capitalize on untapped expansion opportunities, i.e. in new geographies or sectors. - Utilize A/B testing, user research, and data analysis to inform product decisions and iterate on growth experiments. - Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new growth opportunities. - Develop a deep understanding of the needs of users within small to medium organizations to create delightful product experiences that cater to their unique requirements. - Work closely with a product-oriented engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional partners in sales, customer success, and marketing to drive the adoption and expansion of Airtable's product suite in this market segment. - Make customer-driven decisions, prioritize effectively, and execute efficiently in complex and ambiguous situations. WHO YOU ARE - 8+ years of experience as both a product manager and lead. Familiarity with Airtable, low code, productivity tools, or SaaS preferred. - You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. - You have strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. - You have familiarity with growth frameworks and methodologies. - You have experience working closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver successful products & customer experiences. - You have a track record of taking ownership, showing initiative, and delivering results.
