Responsibilities Responsible for user growth and monetization of 3D AIGC products, accountable for key growth metrics such as activation rate, retention rate, and LTV. Optimize the conversion funnel based on the user lifecycle, identify growth opportunities in key areas such as new user acquisition, activation, payment, retention, referrals, and re-engagement, and develop and implement growth strategies (e.g., optimizing onboarding for new users, recommendation mechanisms, subscription pathways, and retention strategies). Continuously refine pricing strategies to improve user payment conversion rates, ARPU, and subscription revenue. Conduct efficient growth experiments, leveraging data analysis and A/B testing to rapidly iterate and optimize growth strategies, with a data- and experiment-driven approach. Design and execute effective viral growth campaigns, including incentivized and gamified referral programs, to boost user sharing rates and drive organic growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in user growth or monetization-related product roles; experience with SaaS or AI products is preferred. Proficiency in English for professional communication; overseas study or work experience is a plus. Strong learning ability, data analysis skills, project management, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
