In 2024 we achieved sustainable growth, launched a strategic partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and expanded our revenue by over 250%. 2025 will be a year of high-velocity growth and traction, and we’re seeking a Head of Product to invest in our financial platform that will deliver big wins for farmers and American agriculture. About You You’re an experienced Head of Product who has scaled companies from 10 to 100+ employees and developed software from zero-to-one. Your heart is in early-stage company building and you’re excited to join a small and scrappy team to expand the traction we’ve unlocked over the past year. You've driven big visions for B2B and platform products but you’re not just the idea-generator: you love parachuting into challenges and rolling up your sleeves to solve specific issues. You track the latest innovations that can drive opportunity for customers and proactively integrate the right use cases to solve our customers’ thorniest problems (for example, you’ve already embedded AI applications into prior products and are eager to see what we can do here for farmers). In this role, you’ll own our product roadmap and manage our product process from concept to retro, scoping and ruthlessly prioritizing product outcomes, triaging bugs on the fly, building low-code MVPs to test with farmers, conducting user interviews with our designer, synthesizing data points to inform our roadmap, and serving as a communication bridge across team functions for product outcomes and timelines.
