We aim to empower our users to harness the potential of our products and models through easy-to-use, intuitive designs and workflows.
As a Product Manager at AiDASH, you will combine product and design thinking to empower users to unlock critical value for themselves, while leveraging the latest machine learning and data science techniques. You will work on our Energy & Utility product portfolio - Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS), Climate Risk and Intelligence System (CRIS) & Asset Inspection & Monitoring System (AIMS). These products enable utilities to remotely assess vegetation, climate and asset risks and create & execute plans that enable cost efficiencies with increased reliability.
How you'll make an impact:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
Drive product strategy by aligning the company vision and goals with market demands, customer needs, our AI/ML capabilities, and the latest technological advancements
Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams on strategy and execution around distribution and pricing
Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering
Own the product definition from ideation through growth to help large enterprises optimize their operations and improve resilience
Own the product roadmap and requirements aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with multiple teams, such as design and engineering, to ensure high-quality product delivery while considering all short-term and long-term trade-offs in technical decisions
Define and drive key metrics for adoption and usage. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer success to drive adoption and business value, and establish processes for gathering customer feedback.
Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and performance results to key stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
4-6 years of overall experience in software engineering or business roles, with 2+ years of management/strategy consulting experience
0-2 years of product management, focusing on building customer-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products
Passionate about applying design thinking and a customer-centric approach to building, experimenting with, and iterating on innovative products
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Experience in technology consulting would be a plus
Experience working with analytical models, AI models or Data Science teams is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline and an MBA
