As a data-driven problem solver, you combine business acumen and technical know-how to develop and launch innovative products and features that will delight our customers. **What we want you to do:** - Engage with the market and customers to derive actionable insights that drive product development. - Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. - Manage product delivery, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases. - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver exceptional products. - Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. - Articulate the key benefits and value proposition of the product to internal and external stakeholders. - Lead agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. **You'll bring to the tribe:** - **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** to identify opportunities and challenges - **Excellent communication and presentation skills** to effectively convey ideas and inspire teams - **A deep understanding of user needs and market trends** to drive product decisions - **A collaborative mindset** to work effectively with cross-functional teams - **A passion for technology and a desire to build great products** - **A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion** **Skills, knowledge and experience:** - Must have demonstrable product management experience in a tech startup environment. - Highly self-motivated**, **has worked with both extremely creative and methodological people. - Proven track record of independently managing a product and delivering successful results - Understanding of the technical architecture of modern mobile, web apps and APIs. - Skilled with story design and estimation, with user stories and acceptance criteria - Experience in Agile teams, managing product backlogs/roadmaps - Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks **Additional desirable skills:** - Experience in a B2B tech startup. - Data Science experience. - Product design, UX or UI experience.  - Cybersecurity experience. - Experience defining a vision and strategy for a product, or part of a product. **A remote-first tribe, but always connected 👥** **Our team is all over the UK and North America 🇬🇧 🇺🇸** We get together in person twice a year for our CybSummits and have lots of virtual events too!
