In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling products that empower real estate agents and teams to thrive in a competitive landscape. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and play a crucial role in driving product adoption, while making a meaningful impact on our organization’s success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Design, develop, and implement intricate features that propel the product towards its long-term objectives. Lead the comprehensive product development process, ensuring quality assurance and timely product releases. Conduct thorough research to gather insights that inform strategic initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance product success, including creating sales materials with the Sales team and formulating customer rollout strategies with Account Management. Assume ownership of product-related decisions and work independently to advance projects efficiently. Required Skills A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management, particularly with SaaS applications. At least 1 year of experience within a startup environment. Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities, with a talent for fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with keen attention to detail. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a readiness to take initiative and resolve challenges. Technical proficiency in understanding complex systems, databases, and APIs. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Compensation And Benefits This is a fully remote role within the U.S. Competitive salary based on experience, with mid-level positions ranging from (130k to )160k, and senior positions from (150k to )180k.
