Who are you? (The role) and responsibilities:
We are seeking a mid-senior level Product Manager to lead our Partner Solutions team based out of India. This team scopes and builds partner specific implementations that diverge from our core product, ensuring they remain maintainable at scale.
The role involves representing Liberis to partners and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, making excellent communication and organizational skills essential. In addition, candidates should meet most of the following criteria.
We think you’ll need
Proven success in product roles with effective decision-making power, delivering measurable business impact, ideally across multiple companies.
Experience working directly with clients or partners in B2B contexts, skillfully managing challenging situations while balancing Liberis interests and client relationships.
Understanding of rapid-growth environment challenges, particularly in transitioning from legacy systems to ones that can scale with the business.
Proven ability to quickly absorb complex situations and navigate them through thoughtful trade-off analysis and sound business judgment.
A pragmatic, can-do attitude that views challenges as learning opportunities and excels in ambiguous situations.
Experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS and Fintech or adjacent space.
Experience working with international clients.
