Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing and collaborative Product team. Our Product Managers are involved in all aspects of the product development cycle, including brainstorming, design, testing, documentation, and support. You should be comfortable creating technical and functional documentation for complex software features.
We are searching for an individual who is well versed in Agile methodology and will take the lead in all aspects of projects when needed. Most of all, an excellent candidate will be a natural problem solver who enjoys meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations.
Essential Functions
Contribute to product strategy and vision
Assist in defining, managing and executing the product roadmap
Work with customers, customer success, engineering, and designers to gather requirements and coordinate projects
Determine feasibility and impact of potential features
Collaborate with the customers and internal teams to help determine the best implementation methods
Research and document coherent user flows, interaction designs, and prototypes
Create Product Requirement documentation to support cross functional activities and feature buy-in
Maintain project timelines and meet deadlines
Stay on top of market needs/trends and competitor trends to ensure our product remains best in class
Continuously monitor and identify performance of our releases to measure wins/losses and identify opportunities
Education And Experience
3-5 years of experience in Product Management at a software company
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Efficient and organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and with remote teams
Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a wide variety of audiences
Experience working within an Agile development environment
Passion about quality and delivering top-notch products
Preferred
SaaS experience preferred
Retail industry experience
