Experience in fintech or similar fast-paced industries preferred. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset. Expertise in customer experience design and user-first problem-solving. Proficient in agile methodologies, project management tools, and product analytics platforms. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
