About The Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Product to lead a dynamic team focused on building a comprehensive digital home buying transaction experience. In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution necessary to connect various aspects of the home buying process, inclusive of real estate and financing. As the Senior Director, you will lead a team of talented product managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to innovate within an operationally intensive industry. While prior experience in real estate or financing is not required, a credentialed background as an innovative technologist with documented experience in AI application is essential. You will bring together disparate parts of the organization, fostering collaboration to achieve a bold vision while navigating the practical realities of building technology alongside operations. With a focus on iterative development, you will ensure that our product strategy is pragmatic and aligned with high-quality standards, driving well-coordinated execution toward shared outcomes and a bold vision of the future of home buying. Responsibilities: Lead product innovation: Direct the development of an end-to-end digital home buying transaction experience that effectively integrates home buying services including real estate, and home financing. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $263,000.00 - $420,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
