Role Title: Senior Product Manager, User Experience- US Direct Report: Head of Product Area: Product Location: US Remote About The Role Champion seamless, user-centric experiences across Incode’s identity verification products. You will focus on creating analytics-driven, design-oriented improvements to onboarding workflows, ID capture, face capture, and video verification experiences. Key Responsibilities Own and enhance the user experience for verification processes, focusing on conversion improvements. Use data and analytics to identify drop-off points and optimize workflows. Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences. Implement user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product design. Establish and track KPIs to measure UX performance and drive improvements. Qualifications 4+ years in product management with a focus on UX or user-centric design. Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data for decision-making. Proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver design improvements.
