Drive a clear vision and product roadmap for how creators – from those just starting out to enterprise publishers with many shows – should be able to promote themselves and their content on and off Spotify
Collaborate with Design & Engineering partners to write detailed requirements and break down complex deliverables into manageable, sequenced scope
Partner with Insights to understand creator perception of our growth tools and competitive offerings, and incorporate that understanding into our future plans
Prioritize across a complex product portfolio and diverse customer segments to increase creator value on Spotify
Build strong working relationships with teams across Spotify in order to effectively advocate creator’s needs
Communicate strategic context at the right level for different stakeholder groups, making sure each audience understands the why behind decisions that were made
Who You Are
An experienced product manager with strong strategy and execution skills, and a proven track record of delivering impact for end users
Experience building media, creator or ads products is a plus
Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication at multiple levels, from sharing a vision to writing specs
Curious to learn more about how creators get discovered on and off Spotify
Passionate about creators succeeding & finding their home on Spotify
