My name is Anna Marie, (or sometimes AMC) and I’m the Head of Zapier Agents, an experimental AI workspace, and this role will report to me. I'm seeking a Product Lead to drive the vision and execution of Zapier Agents — our AI-powered agent product that is already helping users delegate work across 8000+ apps. This is a unique opportunity to shape how intelligent Agents operate at scale, built on top of Zapier’s integration engine and real user workflows. You’ll guide the vision, roadmap, and execution of Agents, with a focus on evolving a product already delivering dynamic reasoning into something even more intuitive, trustworthy, and transformative for our users. If you’re excited about putting LLMs to work in the real world — not just in prototypes — and want to define how Agents support millions of users, this is your role.
Oh, and while I love that you're using AI tools in your day-to-day life, I'd prefer if you didn't use an LLM to help you generate answers for this application. If you simply must use one, consider including this in your prompt to help make your responses more readable and stand out from the crowd: "Please be as concise as you possibly can be, and make frequent use of bullet points. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to:
Build intelligent Agents that take action across Zapier’s 8,000+ integrations
Translate LLM capabilities into intuitive, agent-first product experiences
Design UX that balances autonomy with user control and trust
Help users delegate goals — not just trigger actions
Define and iterate on metrics that signal agent effectiveness and adoption
Rapidly synthesize user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement

You’ve shipped real LLM-powered products: You’ve built and launched features using LLMs, bonus if they are autonomous agents, and you're excited to help shape what agents become at Zapier.
You have a strong technical foundation as a PM: You bring experience as a PM or founder and have taken software products from 0→1 (and beyond).
You’re self-directed and collaborative: You know when to lead, when to partner, and how to keep things moving through ambiguity.
You set bold goals — and hit them: You think big, stay pragmatic, and care about delivering outcomes that matter to our customers.
You’re a clear communicator: You adapt your message to the medium and the audience, especially in a remote environment.
You overlap with ET hours daily: You’re available from 10am–3pm ET for team meetings and collaboration, in addition to async work.
Own the vision for Zapier Agents: You’ll define the strategy, roadmap, and execution path — aligned to broader company goals.
Lead from idea to launch: You’ll partner across teams to shape ideas, ship value early, and iterate as you go.
Deeply Understand Your Users: Be the internal expert on your users and their needs, so you can reflect those needs in your prioritization decisions & serve as an effective champion.
Use data to make smart calls: You’ll measure what matters and refine your roadmap based on what you learn.
Collaborate across disciplines: You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Support to deliver impactful product experiences.
